Weekend Wrap Up

So it has been over a week since my last post. Caleb and I had a pretty busy weekend.

Friday - I work 4/10's so I have every Friday off. (This is typically when that crafty side comes out.) I have another baby shower on March 7th for my sister n law. I started to buy the items to make the next basket. I am so excited, this one is for a boy. It is blue, tan and brown.

Saturday - Caleb and Cade (his brother) went paint balling. They had a great time. Caleb and I went to one of my favorite stores and bought a new painting to hang in our house. (I will post a pic. once I take one.) We got it hung in our entrance way. I love it. That night I went to the Utah Jazz game. The President of my company was having a Ladies Night out. Fortunate for me I was one of the select few. I had a great time with the ladies.

Sunday - Caleb had a few people from one of his classes come over and work on homework. We went to his parents house to celebrate his grandmothers birthday. Over all it was a great and busy weekend.

A Baby Shower Gift

I have come to love giving gifts at showers. I create baskets for everyone. I just finished this one and it is for a baby shower I have tomorrow. I guess this is just another way for me to get my creativity out. I made a tutu that I used as a filler underneath everything else. This was a first of mine also. I think it turned out cute. The tutu's can only get better from here. If I could make these for a living I would.

My Crafty Side

I have been in the mood to be crafty lately, just ask Caleb. I have recently done two things with canvas. I always doubt myself with some of the ideas that I come up with, but I still give them a try.

This is a start

Being a new blogger we will see how this goes. Yesterday Caleb and I decided to go on vacation. In 112 days we will be heading to the Grand Cayman island. I am a little excited if you can't tell since I have already started counting down the days.
